First set - $100.00
Second set - $35.00
(Add $1.00 per mile Travel Charge beyond 10 miles)
Email Documents (Includes Borrowers Copy):
First Set - $125.00
Second Set - $45.00
(Add $1.00 per mile Travel Charge beyond 15 miles)
Individual Document Fees (Other Than Closings):
Signing fee is $5.00 for each notarized document.
